Shipping

We ship to every county in UK and Most countries in the European Union. Orders are processed and ship only after payment has been confirmed. Shipping charges are normally charged on a per weight basis, charges are shown on the shopping cart and during checkout.

We have several distribution centers in the UK, USA and China, where your orders is packed and shipped from is dependent on availability, normally we try to use the closets to ship orders faster.  

Shipping options

Express Shipping, We use Royal Mail as our shipping partner, costs will vary depending on the weight of items ordered. Delivery time is normally 3-5 days when items are shipped from our UK distribution centers, and 5-10 days when shipping from outside the UK. Royal Mail is only available shipping option available, however, you may receive your packages by a different courier,eg, UPS or DHL, this situation only occurs when we ship your items from outside the UK.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

You may return any items purchased from us within 7 days of receipt for a full credit or refund.

The goods must be unused and 'as new' in their original box and packaging.

You must notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

All goods must be received within 14 days of notification of your wish to cancel.

In all cases it will be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk.

Goods received back 'as new' but incomplete with missing components and accessories will incur charges.

Goods received back in any condition other than 'as new' will be returned back to you.
