Shipping
We ship to every county in UK and Most countries in the European Union. Orders are processed and ship only after payment has been confirmed. Shipping charges are normally charged on a per weight basis, charges are shown on the shopping cart and during checkout.
UK – Handling time: 1 – 3 business days
All shipping to the UK are Free
International – Handling time 2-4 business days
Orders are shipped via FEDEX, and DHL
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
You may return any items purchased from us within 7 days of receipt for a full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges.
The goods must be unused and 'as new' in their original box and packaging.
You must notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
All goods must be received within 14 days of notification of your wish to cancel.
In all cases it will be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk.
Goods received back 'as new' but incomplete with missing components and accessories will incur charges.
Goods received back in any condition other than 'as new' will be returned back to you.
